Six Reasons B2B Buyers
Come Back Every Season
Every claim here is backed by a specific number, test standard, or process — not a marketing phrase.
01
1.5× Factory Pressure Test — Every Unit
100% of cylinders are pressure-tested at a minimum of 1.5× their rated working pressure before leaving the production floor. No sampling — every unit. Test report available on request.
02
Ra 0.2–0.4 μm Bore Surface Finish
CNC-rolled barrel bores achieve 0.2–0.4 μm surface roughness — the tolerance range that maximises seal life and minimises internal leakage across the cylinder’s operating life.
03
24-Hour Quote Turnaround
Submit bore, stroke, pressure, and mounting specs. We return a detailed, itemised quote within one business day. Custom engineering review included at no additional cost.

Questions Buyers Ask
Before Their First Order
What information do I need to request a hydraulic cylinder quote?
Provide: cylinder type (single/double-acting or telescopic), bore diameter, stroke length, working pressure, mounting style (clevis, flange, trunnion, foot), rod end configuration, and operating temperature range. If you have a drawing or existing part to replace, send that and we will handle the specification. For catalogue standard cylinders, bore and stroke alone are sufficient to start.
What is the typical lead time for standard and custom cylinders?
Standard catalogue cylinders ship in 7–15 business days. Custom cylinders with non-standard bore, stroke, or mounting configurations typically require 20–35 business days depending on complexity. We provide a confirmed lead time with every quote. Expedited production is available — contact us with your required in-hands date and we will advise on feasibility.
Do your cylinders comply with Canadian and Australian import requirements?
Yes. Every cylinder ships with ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing certification, CE declaration of conformity, and a factory pressure test report. These documents support CBSA import entry, Australian Customs (ABF) classification, and product liability documentation requirements. We can also provide material test certificates (MTCs) for the steel and seal materials on request — useful for projects with engineering specification requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard catalogue cylinders, MOQ is as low as 1–10 units depending on model. Custom cylinders with non-standard dimensions typically require a minimum of 10–50 units, with the specific MOQ depending on whether existing tooling covers your specification.
OEM and engineering supply programmes with full custom tooling generally start at 100+ units per order. Contact us with your requirement and we will advise on the minimum that applies.
Can you supply cylinders rated for Canadian winter conditions (−40°C)?
Yes. Our agricultural cylinder range is specified for −40°C to +80°C operation as standard. This requires low-temperature seal compounds (typically Viton or PTFE blends rated below −35°C) and chrome rod surface treatment that maintains its adhesion and corrosion resistance through freeze-thaw cycling. Specify your operating temperature range at time of order so we can confirm the correct seal material for your application.
